2. Common Issues
2.1 Cannot access camera, photos, microphone, or location
- Open iOS Settings > Nomanland.
- Enable the required permission.
- Restart the app and try again.
2.2 Media does not load in diary views
- Check available device storage.
- Make sure files were not removed from local storage.
- Close and reopen the app to refresh media cache.
2.3 Privacy lock verification fails
- Confirm the passcode input is correct.
- Check whether lock settings were changed recently.
- Review in-app security logs for recent lock events.
3. Data and Recovery Notes
- Nomanland data is primarily stored on your device.
- If local files are deleted or the app is uninstalled, data may not be recoverable.
- Keep your own backup routine based on your device backup strategy.
