• Nomanland stores trip records, diary content, media references, tags, and settings locally on your device.
• Nomanland does not upload your travel content to remote servers by default.
• There is no account sign-in required for core features.

2. Data Categories

2.1 Trip and Diary Data

• Trip title, dates, budget, currency, and status.
• Diary timestamp, location text, coordinates, mood, weather, tags, and text content.
• Expense summary fields linked to trips or diary entries.

2.2 Media Data

• Images and videos selected or captured by the user.
• Optional voice memos recorded by the user.

2.3 Security Metadata

• Privacy lock state and passcode metadata stored locally.
• Local security logs for important in-app security actions.

3. Permissions and Why They Are Used

• Camera: capture travel photos and receipt images.
• Photo Library (Read): select photos from your library.
• Photo Library (Add): save exports to Photos.
• Location (When In Use / Always and When In Use): save diary coordinates and support map-related travel context.
• Microphone: record voice memos in diary flows.
• Tracking (App Tracking Transparency): if allowed by you, may be used by ad/attribution partners to measure ad performance and improve ad relevance.

You can change permission decisions at any time in iOS Settings.

4. Advertising and Attribution

Nomanland may display third-party ads and use attribution services to understand campaign performance.

• Ad and attribution services may process technical signals such as device identifiers, app interaction events, IP-based region information, and ad response metadata.
• Where required by applicable law, tracking-based advertising depends on your App Tracking Transparency consent choice.
• You can limit or revoke tracking permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

5. Data Sharing

• Nomanland does not sell personal data.
• Nomanland does not share personal travel content with third parties by default.
• For ad delivery and attribution, limited technical data may be shared with integrated advertising and measurement partners.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Data remains on your device until you modify or delete it.
• When you delete trips or diary entries, related local records are removed from app storage.
• If you uninstall the app, local app data may be removed according to iOS behavior.

7. Children

Nomanland is not directed to children under the age required by local law for independent consent.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when app features, permissions, or data flows change. The updated version will show a new effective date.
